BISAS (Flight Ticket Sales System) is a complete flight ticket sales software that delivers all operational infrastructure travel agencies need in today's competitive market on a single platform, supporting IATA and non-IATA models with equal efficiency. Built with Demircode engineering team's 'glocal' philosophy, the system enables local agencies to access global GDS providers like Amadeus, Galileo, and Expedia, bringing worldwide airline inventory to local customers.

Flexible Solution for IATA and Non-IATA Agencies: IATA-licensed agencies can issue tickets directly through contracted airlines, while non-IATA agencies can use the system as sub-agents under partner IATA agencies. The sub-agency module enables you to build multi-level distributor hierarchies and define commission and profit margins separately at each level. This structure allows reaching dozens or even hundreds of sales points with a single BISAS deployment.

B2B and B2C on a Single Platform: BISAS offers both a dedicated B2B portal for corporate clients (employee business travel, holding unit management) and a B2C booking engine aligned with your corporate identity for end consumers, all on the same infrastructure. The corporate customer definition panel eliminates intermediaries and enables direct communication; the B2C interface integrates seamlessly preserving your existing website's brand identity.

Turkish Bank Virtual POS Integration: Direct virtual POS integration with Finansbank, Is Bankasi, Garanti Bank, Yapi Kredi, and Akbank ensures secure and fast processing of customer payments. 3D Secure support, installment configuration, refund-cancellation operations, and daily reconciliation reports are automated through the system. The multi-currency module performs automatic rate updates via Turkish Central Bank (TCMB) integration; the custom rate panel lets you define rate strategies specific to your industry.

Modules Managing the Full Agency Operation: The current account and commission management panel offers separate account cards, commission rates, and profit margin configuration for each agency. Automatic SMS and email notification integration delivers reservation confirmations, payment information, cancellation-refunds, and flight reminders directly to customers, closing the customer-agency communication gap. The detailed reporting panel provides agency sales, cash tracking, domestic-international flights sales, financial sales, cancellations, and virtual POS tracking reports in real time.

Multi-Language and Corporate Identity: The B2B interface supports Turkish, English, German, Slovak, and French, simplifying your international customer operations. The Master Data Control Panel (CMS) systematically manages data flow between company and customer. The B2C interface is customized to be faithful to even the smallest details of your corporate identity, providing a unified visual experience integrated with your existing website.

The Demircode Difference: Since 2011, Demircode has been producing tourism and travel technologies in Turkey and Germany. The BISAS product integrates with other tourism products like ORES (Hotel Reservation), TURSAS (Tour Operator), B2B Portal, OTA Hub API, and OTA Suite, forming a complete travel agency ecosystem. Delivery within 5 business days, comprehensive training, and SLA-based support after go-live.

FAQ

BISAS is a comprehensive flight ticket sales system developed by Demircode. It is suitable for all travel agencies (IATA-licensed or non-IATA), tour operators, online travel agencies (OTA), and corporate travel units. The system supports both B2B and B2C models on a single infrastructure and enables multi-level distribution structures via the sub-agency system.

Yes. Non-IATA agencies can use BISAS with full functionality as sub-agents under partner IATA agencies. The system provides ticket sales, pricing, commission management, and reporting through the sub-agency module. The parent IATA agency automatically takes its commission from your ticket sales, and the remaining earnings are credited to your current account. You can quickly enter the market by contracting with any IATA partner.

BISAS integrates via XML/API with global GDS providers like Amadeus, Galileo (Travelport), and Expedia. Among local airlines, direct connections are available with Turkish Airlines, Pegasus, AnadoluJet, Sun Express, and Onur Air. You can request new airline/GDS integrations, and we will involve you in the development process.

The parent agency defines sub-agencies in its system, each with separate users, commission rates, profit margins, credit limits, and authorization sets. The sub-agency sells tickets from its own panel; when the ticket is issued, the commission automatically goes to the parent agency's current account, and the remaining amount appears as earnings in the sub-agency's current account. Multi-level structures (sub-sub-agency) are supported.

BISAS offers direct virtual POS integration with Finansbank, Is Bankasi, Garanti Bank, Yapi Kredi Bank, and Akbank. 3D Secure support, installment configuration, instant refund and cancellation operations, and end-of-day reconciliation reports are automated through the system. Other banks (TEB, Halkbank, Ziraat, etc.) can be added on request.

Daily rates are automatically updated via TCMB integration; 20+ currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, RUB, AED are supported. Through the custom rate panel, you can add strategies on top of TCMB (e.g., TCMB+2% or fixed profit margin) and apply different rates per agency. When the ticket sale is completed, the rate shown to the customer and commission calculation are automatically managed by the system.

Yes, BISAS's core architecture supports both models in parallel on the same infrastructure. The same agency can sell tickets to corporate clients via the B2B portal and to end consumers via the B2C booking engine on its own website. Separate reporting, commission structure, and communication rules are defined for each model. Your corporate identity is fully preserved in the B2C interface.

BISAS allows defining separate commissions and profit margins at the agency level, sub-agency level, corporate customer level, and per airline/GDS. Configurable as percentage or fixed amount; dynamic rule sets can be created based on parameters such as route, season, route type (domestic/international). Automatically calculated commissions are credited to current accounts after each sale.

BISAS detailed reporting panel provides Agency Sales, Cash Tracking, Domestic Sales, International Sales, Financial Sales, Financial Cancellation, Virtual POS Tracking, Airline-Based Performance, Destination Performance, and Commission-Profit Margin reports in real time. All reports can be exported to Excel and PDF, and delivered regularly via scheduled email.

Standard BISAS setup is completed within 5 business days. Process: 1 day discovery and account configuration, 2 days GDS/airline/bank integrations, 1 day testing and training, 1 day go-live. Custom integration requests (new airline, new bank POS, custom reports) may require additional time; the exact duration is determined during the analysis phase.

BISAS's B2B and B2C interfaces are developed with responsive web design; they work seamlessly on mobile, tablet, and desktop. Upon request, native mobile applications for iOS and Android can be prepared by the Demircode team; this is handled as a separate project under the Demircode mobile app development service.

Yes. Automatic SMS and emails are sent to customers at every critical stage such as reservation confirmation, payment information, ticket issuance, cancellation-refund status, flight reminders, and check-in opening. Templates can be customized by language, agency identity, and communication tone; delivery logs are kept in the system.
