In traditional B2B travel sales, agencies inquire about prices by phone, send vouchers via email, and track current accounts in Excel. These manual processes cause errors, delays, and revenue loss. With B2B Agency Portal, your sub-agencies can search for hotels and flights from their own panel, see real-time prices and availability, and pay with their current balance or credit card. You can monitor all sales, commissions, and account movements from a central panel.

- Current Account Management: Balance, credit limit, payment history, and settlement tracking per agency. Current balance or credit card (Virtual POS) payment options. Automatic balance alerts and low balance notifications.
- Markup Control: Agency-based, channel-based profit margin rules. Flat or percentage markup on Gross Rate. Net price and profit shown separately on agency screen.
- Contract Management: Agency contract list, digital acceptance/rejection, document download. Commission rates, commercial terms, and contract expiration alerts.
- Payment Gateway Management: Agency defines their own virtual POS account (sandbox/prod, 3D Secure, installments). Demircode default gateway used if not configured.
- Price Jump Management: Agency is notified if price changes between search and booking, with confirmation/cancellation mechanism.
- Agency Dashboard: Daily/weekly/monthly booking count, earnings, commission, and balance summary. Graphical sales trend and performance metrics.
- Cancellation/Refund Management: Submit cancellation requests, penalty calculation, refund status tracking. Current balance return or credit card refund options.

You can create unlimited sub-agencies. Each sub-agency accesses the portal with their own login, searches and makes reservations. You can track all agencies' performance, account status, and sales from the central panel.
Yes. With the Payment Gateway Management module, each agency can define their own virtual POS account via the panel. Sandbox/prod separation, 3D Secure, and installment configuration available. Demircode default gateway is used if not configured.
Payment can be made with current balance within the credit limit defined for each agency. Automatic alerts are sent as balance decreases. Payment is automatically rejected on low balance. Payments are made via bank transfer or online deposit.
B2B Portal is priced at €29 per agency per month. 8 core modules are included; additional modules can be added separately. 20% discount on annual payments. Custom pricing available for Enterprise plan with 50+ agency network.
B2B Portal is built on and integrates with Demircode OTA Hub API. However, if you have your own supplier APIs, you can connect them through OTA Hub API as well. Contact us for standalone usage options.

Yes. B2B Portal supports TR, EN, DE, AR, and RU languages. All prices can be displayed in USD, EUR, TRY, GBP, and RSD currencies. Exchange rates are automatically fetched from TCMB/ECB.
