How It Works

KES digitizes your weighing process end-to-end in four key steps:

1. Vehicle Entry & Weighing: When a vehicle enters the weighbridge, weight data is automatically captured from sensors. Driver information, license plate, and waybill numbers are recorded in the system.
2. Data Recording & Validation: Weighing data is validated in real-time with anomaly detection. Entry-exit differences are automatically calculated to determine net load.
3. ERP Synchronization: Approved weighing data is automatically transferred to your ERP systems such as SAP, Logo, Micro, or Dynamics 365. Manual data entry is completely eliminated.
4. Reporting & Analysis: Daily, weekly, and monthly weighing reports are automatically generated. Anomaly analysis detects suspicious weighings.
